Do you ever get the feeling (oh we hear a song coming) that spending any amount of time with the Black Eyed Peas would just be a blast? They just seem like they’re having a good time whenever they get together. Since their album “Elephunk” in 2003, the group has sold an estimated 25 million albums worldwide and 31 million singles. That’s a lot of boom, boom, boom. In 2009, the group became one of only eleven artists to have ever held the number one and two spots on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same. Their songs typically feature an infectious beat, edgy lyrics and many times a strong social message. They know how to get people moving. In recent years, their music has been adopted as the opening theme for big events, sports events, and a host of product marketing, which has propelled them further into lime-light. We have a feeling (there we go again) that we’ll be hearing a lot more from the Black Eyed Peas in 2010 and beyond, and that should make for one huge party on The Red Carpet.
